Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Consulting Appointments (Cancellations)

  • 24+ Hours Notice: If you cancel your scheduled consulting session at least 24 hours in advance, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • Under 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are generally non-refundable, to compensate for the blocked time.

2. Digital Deliverables & Code

Because of the irrevocable nature of digital goods and custom software development, deliverables (codebases, documentation, system architectures) that have already been handed over are strictly non-refundable unless there is a critical failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon scope.

3. Cancellation by Consultant

In the rare event that I need to cancel a project or appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will immediately be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling to a prioritized date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
