I provide full-stack engineering, AI automation, and technical consulting services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined and agreed upon in writing (via email or contract) prior to the commencement of any paid engagement.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. You agree to pay all stated fees for the services purchased. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout in the applicable currency. Invoices must be paid in full before final digital deliverables are handed over, unless otherwise stated in a custom contract.
Unless explicitly transferred in a signed agreement, materials, code, and architectures I produce remain my intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose upon full payment.
Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, my liability for any claims arising out of these services is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.
